Situated in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, an area of outstanding natural beauty less than 3 miles from the historic naval port of Dartmouth.

In 2006, our house undertook a full renovation & refurbishment & all of the spacious bedrooms have been tastefully decorated & newly furnished & all en-suite shower/bathrooms have been totally replaced with modern appliances & pressurised, thermostatic showers.

The majority of the property including some bedrooms, both guest dining rooms, garden's, terrace's, balcony etc all benefit from wonderful sea views. We have ample off road parking for all our guests (on the basis of one car per room) & we are only a ten minute walk from the award winning beach at Blackpool Sands.

The village of Stoke Fleming itself has excellent amenities including the beach & cafe at Blackpool Sands, two pubs, restaurant, hotel with restaurant, shop, post office, petrol station & shop.
