A warm welcome is offered to all our guests as well as clean comfortable rooms, a good breakfast and reasonable rates. The Airlie Guest House is a listed building, part of a Georgian Terrace, it is Totally Non Smoking and personally run by proprietors Peter and Fiona Flynn. We are situated on the South side of the City of Edinburgh, just over a mile from Princes Street, on the main A701, only 3 miles from the Straiton Junction exit of the Edinburgh City by-pass. The Airlie is on an excellent bus route with buses passing the Guest House every few minutes. Only a mile from the High Street, five minutes from the Royal Commonwealth Pool and with a wide range of eating and drinking establishments in the immediate area, the Airlie is the perfect base whether you are visiting Edinburgh for business or pleasure. The icing on the cake, if you are travelling by car, is our large private car park at the rear of the Guest House, no worrying about where to park.We can accommodate our guests in sing
