Cleavers Lyng 16th C Country House B&B
Cleavers Lyng is a grade II listed country house B&B family owned and operated. The house is situated in a quiet country lane, 2 miles from Herstmonceux Village and benefits from uninterrupted views to the South Downs. The village has a bistro, two pubs and two restaurants. One Indian and one French.
The house sits in just over an acre of landscaped gardens and has a large private parking area.
All rooms are double-bedded, comfortably furnished and fully en-suite with colour TV, and hospitality trays. WIFI.
The entire house is strictly non-smoking. A modern smoke and heat detection system is fitted throughout.
Our location is equidistant between Eastbourne & Bexhill approx 20 mins, Brighton 40 mins, Glyndbourne Opera House 30 mins, and London Gatwick Airport 50 mins.
Rates for 2008 are from £65.00 per room (max 2 people sharing) fully inclusive of English breakfast and VAT.
